The exact opposite will be happening with NWA. They appear to be working at getting rid of the unions, not keeping them. The intl bases are not union, however, the Union in the US has rules to "protect" the US based positions. Those rules are what NW is going after to allow them to hire more cheaper foreign based FA's.
