If you feel it's a consistent problem rather than just a "bad night for the staff", I suggest sending a message to coporate HQ so that they can resolve it before it becomes a "habit" for them to treat customers as you described. As mentioned by others here, the treatment you received is definitely not par for the course with Lawry's elsewhere.
