I think something like "OP described an alleged method to defraud BA by exploiting a loophole in the X process" would be appropriate.
IMHO though, from a security viewpoint, full disclosure does encourage companies to fix problems. I would rather that an unethical loophole was published and rapidly closed and rectified than to have it remain open and exploited by those "in the know". After all, if a loophole involves gaining miles/status for free, then it represents more competition for award availablity etc. as well as being subsidised by the ticket proces of the rest of us.
Of course, there's no way that should apply to the entirely ethical tips that usually get posted here
