Hello Again,

A big thank you for all your wisdom. Some time ago I asked for your help regarding a comp from UA PremEx and AA Plat.

Thanks to your advice, I was comped to gold and love it so far. Upgrades at ~85-90% to date until recently. Currently at 54 segments and have a shot to hit platinum this year if all falls right.

My question surrounds the upgrade windows for Golds, I fly the same itinerary every week lately usually a 24 or 48 hr turnaround. In the past upgrades have been processed at the windows for both flights. The past 2 weeks including a flight today returning on 23Sep I recieved upgrades fro the outbound but not the rturn at the window times. Last week there was availability in F and a colleague who is silver was upgraded at 24 hours but I was not and rode in coach for the first time in a while.

I cleared for my outbound this afternoon but nothing coming home on Friday yet F is wide open.

I this a new thing? Any thoughts why my Silver friend got upgraded and I did not as Gold (we were both L fares on thet flight.
