Hmmm. I'd like to know more about your system. I assume you have to check/check-out each day. Do you have any problems keeping the same room when you do this?
I also assume we're speaking of US properties. I have been charged different nightly rates in London. The Conrad there charged me a lower rate on Sunday than on Mon/Tues. Same reservation.
