Branding shmanding
Every hotel is different. You are not guaranteed a certain level of service or accommodations at any hotel regardless of the name. In general, the more you pay for the "brand" the more consistent the service and accommodations. But there is a wide discrepancy even in chains such as Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons. Sheratons and Westins are all over the place. This is not a problem unique to Hyatt.
