I have ordered the free pack to my Australian address but noticed this in the FAQ's:

Are there any other charges related to the service?
These small fees help us to keep our call rates so low, and allow us to provide you with call credits which never expire:
Access fee: 15c per day, charged on
a bi-weekly basis
Recharge fee: 50c per recharge

Tip: The 50c recharge fee stays the same whether you top up with $10 or $100, so top up with more if you want to save some cents!

Sounds rather questionable to charge 15 cents per day for an access fee.
