If you want to try it out first, PC and WC Membership, I'd suggest that you get a 2 month/60 day trial membership from NW WorldClub which costs around $85.

It grants you full access to all NW WorldClubs and CO PresClubs and numerous partner lounges of WorldClub. (Was able to use it with my Mom on our AS trip...got to use the SFO/SEA/ANC Boardrooms!)

I got one for the past two months and it was great. (Didn't get a regular membership now since my peak travel occurred end of May Through beginning of July where I travelled over 30,000 miles.)
