Apparently the customer care button on the top of the Air Canada website is there now and has a facility to Send Air Canada an email. This is new... not sure when it was added.

Given our threads of late on how this has never been available, this is another big and significant change. Kudos to Air Canada for finally putting customer service front and centre and not hiding behind fax numbers and snail mail addresses. ^
