I cannot book a City Pass segment on flight B because there is no M availability (it will show as sold out on the City Pass Change function). Solution: Change flight to flight A (where there is M availability). Upgrade (where there is J availability). Change flight to flight B (works because there is J availability even though M is sold out)

I've done the above several times and, if you think about it, this represents 3 changes in a few minutes. No SSSS yet.
