This is very often the case, but not always. I just did a web purchase of a ticket a few moments ago for a flight departing in a few hours. I was able to do a web check-in and print my BP. No SSSS!! But this really surprised me. I'm pretty certain my SSSS percentage in this scenario had been 100% until now.
