We've stayed at Sheraton Heathrow about 6 or 8 times in the last few years, just to overnight before flights back to the states. It is a very nice property, friendly staff, and so on. But have never been upgraded as a Platinum SPG and they only offer queen beds. But for the convenience of location and price, I'd stay there again without hesitation.
