Tell them to put the segments in separately, then ask it to calcualte a price. If not, speak to a supervisor - they should eventually be able to price it correctly. It's very frustrating as I've tried a number of times and only some of them seem capable of getting it done.
How come AMEX travel or anyone else can price these? Is it something about the BA systems?

Also, you sure it is B they need for the Eur segments? ITA planner seems to show the itinerary as being in Y/T/T/Y, but even with the fare basis, ba staff coiuldn't do it.
