No, wait, that's not how it happened - he held up his watch and asked the employee to point out which part was not important. The moral of the story being that all the pieces are important to the watch working.
Rez agents also get the on time bonus. CO pays $100 each time we are first for on time departures per month. Employees get a $100 bonus quarterly if the on time stats for the quarter meet a certain percent.
Cutting that bonus has, obviously, come up several times. Each time management comes back with facts and figures saying the incentive is well worth it.
