I would not only lock up the bag it's in, but I would cable-lock that bag to something un-moveable--if a locker is not available. REI and tons of other stores have the cable-locks of which I speak....a lot of hostel-stayers and backpackers will not only lock the zippers on their packs, but will lock their packs to their bunks, etc.
