Are these vendors being compensated in any way for lost business costs? Some of the high quality tenants in Terminal D are small local businesses (i.e. LaDuni, Cool River Cafe, MallaSadi etc. ); I can't imagine they planned to have large amounts of working capital invested in these idle assets.

I was through there the other day... the thing resembles a gigantic "retail museum." All of these beautiful shops & restaurants, teams of TSA workers doing crossword puzzles, staring off into space like zombies, etc., cleaning people just cleaning and recleaning the same spic and span floors. Really wierd.
