You're exactly right - that's the real question. It sounds like the cost of a few potential lost sales is outweighed considerably by the cost savings of going to a 100% e-ticket world. I have no doubt that we'll lose a tiny percentage of potential sales, and that other people will buy tickets on us and then separate tickets on connecting airlines (a pain, and potentially more expensive for some consumers), but it'll save AS some money.
