IMO - Best Dim Sum in SF is at Ton Kiang out on Geary and about 21st (?). It is very close to Hong Kong Flower Lounge, which takes #2 in my book.

I will try to make this one, my first FT do.

(And this is despite me going to Shanghai tomorrow, we all know the dim sum is more authentic in SF )
