The Grand Vin of Chateau Latour is top class Pauillac. I would not wait forever for drinking it, but it should still be decent, as long as it has been kept in reasonable conditions.

I would not have much hope for a 19-year old generic Buzet. Might as well open the bottle and see what it is like.

Would not know about the other two.
