I know a little bit (but by no means an expert). The Latour could be very good, though looking in Parker '81 wasn't a truly great year. Might be worth a bit - though personally I would decant for at least an hour and drink it.

The others it is tough to say. Bordeaux does age well, but different growths and chatueax age better than others. I can't find anything in Parker about those - perhaps a specialist wine dealer might be able to advise?
