Check out Hotel des Ducs d'Anjou, this is a lovely hotel in an excellent location. It is a bit noisy on the promenade side of the building due to fact that it is a pedestrian only area and people are a bit noisy at night. I have never stayed on the street side to know if it is more quiet. You walk out the front door and you are right in the heart of the Marais. There are numerous cafes, restuarants, shops, and metro just outside the door.
