I'm flying JFK to LAX and instead of relying on a free sticker upgrade to J, I figured I'd use one of the evips I have which will expire Feb 28 just to make the upg a sure thing and also get a better seat for FEBO purposes. Assuming this comes out of the "C" inventory, I checked http://flyaow.com/classcwt.htm ("Carlson Wagonlit Travel Class Availability") for availability in "C". They show the "A" availability which would be used for upgrading with an evip on a two class domestic flight, but not the "C" used to upgrade to biz with an evip. Showing "A" makes no sense on a 3 class flight unless the Few Miles Guide is incorrect. Are there other sources for this info or is a call to the EXP desk necessary (which, I realize, it would be anyway when it comes time to request the evip upg). I even checked other dates and other 762 3 class flights to LAX and "C" is never shown.
