a) I have 3 passports so this isn't an issue for me. Actually I have not been to Israel for years anyway.
b) Not at all. The Israeli's and the Arab's have fought for years and neither party is free of blame. Just because others are racist does not stop me talking to them to understand their reasons for their attitude.
c) I was careful. I was near Afganistan on a number of occasions (never crossed the border) and at times the terrorists were slicing heads off the infidals. Being the only westerner in the immediate vicinity (although I had some UN protection) I was extremely careful. I also lived in Pakistan during 2001 for 10 months - I was very careful there also. Most people just thought of me as being British, and never suspected a Jewish guy would be so crazy I guess.
