While I can appreciate your frustration, I can't stay away from the place. When I need a cholesterol fix, that prime rib hits the spot. Based on your experience though, I probably won't wear nice clothing.

Have you tried to contact their home restaurant in Beverly Hills? They may be more accomodating.
