Denamrk you know about. Estonia will accept them (and Pounds and at least six months ago US Dollars) in restaurants and probably shops as well if the purchase is large enough. Depending in which direction you are travelling you can always exchange any Euros that you have over when you get to Estonia. If you are "stuck" with any significant amount - you can always use it towards the hotel bill unless you have paid this with points or prepaid as part of a package.
