2 out of 4 recent flights on LH my daughter was given toys/puzzles to play with. And on Air Canada she usually gets a colouring book with puzzles and stuff in it, but again it doesn't happen on every flight.

One of the toys she received getting on our FCO/MUC flight on LH was one of those little puzzle box's where you roll the ball around trying to get to the end without falling in a hole along the way, the kind of toy I remember well as a kid. Anyways, she had her new Sony PSP with loads of games and movies and completely ignored it in favour of this simple little toy. It was a nice touch.
