Qantas does on international flights.

Qantas Activity Packs come in two flavors:

The Wiggles Inflight Activity Pack (3-6 years)
Dog's Life Inflight Activity Pack (7-11 years)

(Scroll down on the page linked above for the pics).

On domestic flights they list something called:

Vegemite activity pack for children

Non-aussie kids might want to steer away from that one.
