If you change the routing, then they will recalculate the charges, and they have gone up since Feb.
Change fee depends on the fare rules.
Catering should be very similar.
The A330 from MEL will have AVOD, while the 744 from SYD will have standard cycle/loop programming.
Apart from those things, not a lot different.
