SQ is very good at differentiating frequent from profitable passengers. First the STATS "Premium" Lounge and now the "higher level of preferential treatment" afforded to *G frequent passengers.

Unfortunately, I mostly travel in Economy so PPS is out of the question and thus inferior airlines with more attractive benefits become more appealing. Mind you, I am probably not their idea of a profitable passenger.
