Sadly, the Premium Service staff seem to be trained to look for a certain type of passenger that fits their "First Class" image. When we arrived in a taxi as a family dressed fairly casually (not poorly dressed mind you, just smart casual) the bellboy was about to direct us to the main area as opposed to this Premium Kerbside area. Seeing that he was about to direct us to the general area, a quick flash of the Solitaire card quickly sorted things out.
Why take a taxi in the first place? I would have known better and arranged for a Mercedes-Benz or equivalent to drop me off at the airport. These can be arranged by the hotel concierge.
Also, it seems that First Class passengers tend to usually travel either alone or with a partner (and not a whole family).
