I have and they do. I usually use Afrin but keep some Ear Planes in my bag just in case. In March when we flew IAD to SGN I had more than the usual pain at landing in LAX and HKG, so I used the EP's landing in SGN and on the return to HKG. I had used them all by then but fortunately I found them in Boots in HKG.

My mother-in-law and father-in-law both refuse to fly without the EP's.
