Less than 30 hours prior to departure. Within my Upgrade window. ITN shows F3. No EUA yet. NW refuses to upgrade my wife (NW SIlver) as it is still not midnight in MSP, even though our flt. is out of LGA. If I could check-in now, chances are we'll both get our upgrades... but noooo... the website is down

I used to get upgraded 3 days out close to 100% of the time but lately I've had to wait until I've gotten to the airport to get my upgrade.
I've even had a streak where I have to wait til minutes before the flight takes off. I think EAU is broke. BUT... I'm still sitting up front ever time this year.
