When we arrived in a taxi as a family dressed fairly casually (not poorly dressed mind you, just smart casual) the bellboy was about to direct us to the main area as opposed to this Premium Kerbside area. Seeing that he was about to direct us to the general area, a quick flash of the Solitaire card quickly sorted things out.
The check-in staff were nothing special but it was nice the first time around. I like the benefit of direct Immigration access and the proximity to the SKL, makes it easier to get to the Haagen Dazs faster.

I guess I am not fit to the "First Class" image that they had been trained for.
