I received a VDB lower-48 ticket in about February of '05 that I was unable to use because of a death in my family. I then changed it to a different ITN at a cost of $100. It's now PDX-CLT-PDX and was made and therefore dated 6/05.
1) When does it expire? Feb 06 or June 06

2) If I have to change dates but not ITN do I have to pay

3) If I need to change date AND ITN do I pay ANOTHER $100?
