What is "International" for Elite Plus lounge access?
So here's a follow-up question:

What counts as "international" for elite plus lounge access?

Would a ticket from the US to Canada or Mexico count? US airlines treat these as domestic destinations in terms of mileage and upgrades, but they are international in terms of customs and immigration. I'd assume that Skyteam would have a definition but I couldn't find it.

Any experiences?
