My company is currently putting together a written policy for late night arrivals. We're based in Northern NJ so all of our employees use CO/EWR. Most of our employees live within 1 hour from EWR.

We are offering our employees the following:

Flt arrival 12:00 am - 2:59 am Report to work by 11:00 am
Flt arrival 3:00 am - 7:00 am Report to work by 1:00pm
Flt arrival after 7:00 am Case by case

We will use the CO website flight arrival page as the official time stamp.

1) Is the time posted on this page wheels down or gate time?
2) How accurate is it?
3) Does our proposed policy sound fair?
4) Any ideas or suggestions?
