I'm wondering if for some reason the association between you and the infant has been "removed" so the computer does a sweep and kicks you out of the bassinette position?

It just seems very strange that it has happened on both the flights (and I assume at the same time).

I booked seats for my wife and I, then bought one for swiss junior once he was born (as we didn't know the sex). Only once his ticket was issued were they able to request a bassinette from seating and 14EF came back.

Best of luck though & do keep us updated - i'll be keeping a close eye on MMB over the next couple of weeks now...
