Incidentally, if they dont allocate you bassinet posn over the phone, does that mean there wont be any to be allocated at 'OLCI t-24', or at the airport too?
If they cannot allocate you bassinet seats before OLCI is available, I would be surprised if these seats are available on OLCI. All is not lost when you arrive at the airport, persevere at check in and in the lounge. They may be able to accommodate you; I had a situation where the lounge agent relocated the passengers in 64A/B to allow my wife and I the bassinet position. If this fails, try for an u*****e to F; there are two bassinet positions 1A/K!
