As to the livery, I'm of two minds. On the one hand, the dark blue in combination the gold and orange accents matches SQ's efficiency and almost effortless delivery of a premium service and product. On the other hand, these colors communicate nothing of the warmth I've experienced. (I exempt from this last comment the majority of the SATS checkin agents at Changi.
