From an upgrade perspective, the ratio of C to Y seats is not very favorable. The 777 has only 28 C and 294 Y seats. Even KL, which has smaller C cabins than most, offers 35 C seats on the 777 (which explains why KL's pitch is 58" and KQ's 76"). The 73G has 16 C and 100 Y. Furthermore, JNB-NBO is increasingly popular with South Africn businessmen. I would rate the chances of an OpUp as very low, particulary for those without FB Elite status.
