The GLOB fares don't have any restrictions on the number of segments except the 20 in total. What is limited is the number of Stopovers, which is two in the region of origin (and 4 in each other continent on a GLOB34). The itinerary appears illegal because you have at least 3 stopovers in SWP (ZQN, CHC, MEL).
