Truth be known, I'll have one or two on a morning flight to try and get me back to a few zzzzzzs prior to arrival. Without it, I wouldn't have a chance at dozing. If the meal is substantial and the flight is long, I may have a 3rd. Of course, this rules AS out these days.
Yes, this is my quote from up above, so you need not bite your lip for me. I figure that the more we drink earlier in the day (knowing they don't service the plane on each leg w/a fresh galley), the lighter the plane will be downline, saving fuel for the company
