Results: SQ deaths = 188, QF deaths = 0

Note that none of these incidents/accidents have been blamed on poor maintenance. Most have been blamed on pilot error, poor procedures, or poor CRM (Crew Resource Management).

A search of the ATSB web site only reveals one recent safety recommendation for Qantas, being this one from March 2005.
