"Your account is locked..."

This is the 2nd time this has happened. I attempt to log in once (also noticed that my username wasn't saved), and it says "Your account is locked. Please contact customer service at 1 (800) 479-5981 (8 a.m. to midnight ET, 7 days a week)." Locking usually takes place after a few attempts, no?

At first I didn't think anything of it. But now... I'm wondering if someone's trying to break into my account...?

Anyone else having diffculties?
