As to item 1, awhile back I heard, on another airline, that the cost was approx. 35 cents a piece. I imagine it is a bit more now.
As to item 2, you mean you just can't turn it into a lunch muffin, and then a finally, a nice crusty dinner muffin if unused by that hour?
