Did anyone take the BAA online survey worth 100pts? I did and ticked the box saying they could contact me for further market research.
Have just come back from a 2 hour session (and £50 better off

) discussing the good and bad points of BAA airports, from the Web site, food, car parking, newsagents, FX, car rental, and shopping. They weren't interested in the lack of seating areas, limited choice of foods, badly cleaned toilets, and lack of light in the LHR terminals, more about letting us know that the BAA price promise means you never pay more than the high street (except we all know that 1 store of that chain may be selling at that price, but the others will all be lower, or how some chains like Burger king operate a tier pricing system; captive markets like motorway and railway outlets charge more than outlets in Chav Central for example).
The group consisted of people who travel a lot for business or pleasure, but surprisingly I was the only one that mentioned airline lounges. Interesting evening and I'd like to do some more!! ^
