From 1 September 2005, your KrisFlyer Elite Gold membership accords you an even higher level of preferential treatment at Singapore Changi Airport. KrisFlyer Elite Gold and Star Alliance Gold members will now have a special dedicated check-in counter in Row 11, Terminal 2.
I know this is described as a "higher level of preferential treatment", but I
do wonder why it is necessary to establish a separate counter that essentially segregates (non-PPS) *G travelling in economy class from PPS members and Raffles Class customers. Did the Raffles lines move too slowly? Did (non-PPS) *G smell funny?
What do you guys and gals think?
