The AMEX to CO transfer may be quick, but it takes them a month after the close of the billing statement to do the INTERNAL transfer of the points from "pending" to "available". However it usually takes them only about three days after closing to do the EXTERNAL transfer of points to Hilton for the Hilton AMEX.
