Does anyone know what the conditions for booking a Z fare from LCY to LCA are? How can I book that fare? I checked LH's website as well as Opodo, but I only get D fares. (Looking at ITN's flight availability it shows the following for Sept 18 Cabin class: C3 D3 Z3 )
