I agree that crew training could use some improvement. They're not familiar with the new seat and IFE at all. My FRA flight had the same problem: crew didn't know how to release the PTV screen. I think TG should print a small instruction booklet and put it in the seat pocket so the passenger can read the instruction.

I like the screen arrangement, though. Putting the screen above your feet (like SQ, NH, etc) makes viewing difficult. TG's set up allow viewing angle to be adjusted more easily.

For T/O and LDG camera, you can try to ask your F/A. They showed it on main screen on my FRA flight.
